PRIVACY & PRICING INFORMATION
Written information, plain choices, and respectful use of personal details.
This page explains how ÉTERNELL presents funeral price information and how information submitted through this demonstration website is intended to be handled.

FUNERAL PRICE INFORMATION
Information you may ask for before making arrangements.
The Federal Trade Commission’s Funeral Rule gives consumers specific rights when buying funeral goods and services. State requirements may add other protections.
01
Price information by telephone
You may ask for price information by phone without first giving your name, address, or telephone number.
02
A General Price List
A provider must give or offer an applicable General Price List when an in-person discussion about funeral arrangements begins.
03
Only the goods and services selected
You may choose individual goods and services, subject to limited items required by law or by the selected cemetery or crematory.
04
An itemized statement
Before payment, you receive a written statement identifying what was selected and the cost of each item.

AT ÉTERNELL
We separate choices, expected costs, and optional funding conversations.
Our team explains the services under consideration, any third-party charges we can reasonably identify, and the applicable price information before arrangements are finalized.
Pre-planning does not require pre-payment. Any pre-funding agreement must be reviewed on its own terms; price guarantees, cancellation rights, refunds, and transferability depend on the contract and applicable state law.
